Precision Metal Components Built for the Real World
CNC machining and custom metal fabrication for firearms, aerospace, defense, medical, electronics, and industrial customers. Single prototype to repeat production. Tight tolerances. Materials others won't touch.
Precision-Crafted Metal Components
Foxhound Firearms delivers expertly fabricated metal parts designed for precision, strength, and long-lasting performance. From prototypes to full-scale production, our advanced processes ensure exceptional quality and reliability — built to your exact specifications, tolerances, and performance requirements.
Our fabrication process emphasizes material integrity, repeatability, and durability to support demanding applications across manufacturing, industrial, and specialized technical environments. We work with a wide range of materials and machining techniques so each component meets exact dimensional and functional requirements.
What We Run In-House
CNC Milling
Optic cuts, lightening cuts, custom slots, brackets, fittings, and small-batch production. Hourly rate $120/hr CNC, $60 per half-hour. Repeatability across runs guaranteed.
Manual Mill & Lathe
Custom one-offs, jig fabrication, chambering, blank cuts. Manual machine work at $100/hr — ideal when fixturing isn't worth a CNC program.
Welding & Finishing
Welding hour at $100/hr. Cerakote refinishing in-house. Bead blast, polish, and protective coatings available depending on substrate.

Quality Control Is Not a Step. It's the Process.
Every project follows a structured manufacturing process built around quality control, documentation, and repeatability. From material selection and machining to final inspection, each step is evaluated to ensure components meet dimensional, functional, and performance requirements.
We use precise measurement tools, controlled workflows, and experienced oversight to maintain consistency across prototypes and production runs. This approach lets us support industries with strict tolerances and compliance standards while delivering reliable results at scale.
By prioritizing accuracy, traceability, and accountability throughout, we help clients reduce risk, improve product performance, and move confidently from design to deployment.
